The Workplace Management certificate provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively manage a workplace. Students will learn about workplace planning and design, workplace safety and security, workplace maintenance and operations, and workplace sustainability and environmental management. |

- Apply workplace planning and design principles to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing workplaces.
- Consider factors such as space requirements, traffic flow, accessibility, and sustainability when designing workplaces.
- Use design software to create and visualize workplace plans and layouts.
- Develop workplace planning and design drawings that can be used for construction or renovation purposes.
- Module 3: Workplace Operations and Maintenance
- Develop and implement workplace operations and maintenance plans.
- Manage workplace operations and maintenance budgets.
- Oversee the work of workplace operations and maintenance staff.
- Ensure that workplaces are clean, safe, and comfortable for employees and visitors.
- Module 4: Workplace Safety and Security
- Identify and assess workplace hazards.
