Program Overview
This level would provide students with a more in-depth understanding of the different aspects of conflict resolution and performance management in restaurants. Students would learn about the different conflict resolution strategies, the different performance management concepts and practices, how to coach and develop employees, how to discipline and terminate employees, and how to apply these concepts in real-world restaurant settings. |
