Level 3 Food and Beverage Pairing

Program Overview

The Food and Beverage Pairing certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to pair food and beverages in a way that enhances the flavor of both. Students will learn about the different factors that affect food and beverage pairing, such as the flavors of the food and beverage, the texture of the food, and the alcohol content of the beverage. They will also learn about the different types of food and beverages that can be paired together, such as wine and food, beer and food, and spirits and cocktails.
Module 1: Introduction to Food and Beverage Pairing
