Program Overview

The Business Etiquette certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Students will learn about the different aspects of business etiquette, such as professional communication, dining etiquette, business meetings and events, workplace relationships, dress and appearance, technology etiquette, intercultural etiquette, and professionalism and ethics.
