Program Overview

This course would provide students with the essential skills and knowledge they need to communicate effectively in a variety of settings, including the workplace, personal relationships, and social situations. Students would learn about the different types of communication, how to improve their verbal and non-verbal communication skills, how to write effective emails and other business documents, how to listen actively, and how to communicate effectively in difficult situations.
