Program Overview

The Introduction to Front Office Technology and Systems certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to use technology in the front office of a hotel or other hospitality establishment. Students will learn about the different types of front office technology, how to use hotel PMS, and how to use mobile and self-service technologies to improve guest service.
