Level 1 Hospitality Marketing and Sales  – Fundamentals

Program Overview

This level would provide students with a basic understanding of marketing and sales in the hospitality industry. Students would learn about the different marketing channels used in the hospitality industry, such as advertising, public relations, and sales promotions. They would also learn about the different sales techniques used in the hospitality industry, such as lead generation, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Finally, they would learn about the importance of customer relationship management (CRM), which is the process of managing relationships with customers.
