Level 1 Housekeeping Guest Service

Program Overview

The Introduction to Housekeeping Guest Service certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to provide excellent guest service in a housekeeping department. Students will learn how to handle guest requests and complaints, how to communicate effectively with guests and other departments, and how to recover from service failures.
