Level 1 Housekeeping Procedures and Standards

Program Overview

The Introduction to Housekeeping Procedures and Standards certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to work in a housekeeping department in a hotel or other hospitality establishment. Students will learn about the different procedures involved in housekeeping, the different types of linen and laundry operations, and the importance of inventory and supply management.
