Program Overview

The Introduction to Housekeeping Operations certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to work in a housekeeping department in a hotel or other hospitality establishment. Students will learn about the different procedures involved in housekeeping, the structure and organization of a housekeeping department, and the different types of cleaning equipment and supplies.
