Program Overview

The Introduction to Reservation and Guest Services certificate is a short, face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to work in a reservation and guest services department in a hotel or other hospitality establishment. Students will learn about the different types of hotel reservation systems and channels, revenue management techniques for front office, and how to maximize room revenue through yield management.
