Program Overview

This course would provide students with the essential skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the travel and tourism industry. Students would learn about the different aspects of ticketing and travel management, including how to use GDS systems, book air tickets and hotel reservations, and arrange car rentals and travel insurance. Students would also learn about visa regulations and travel documentation, and how to provide excellent customer service and communication. Finally, students would learn about travel marketing and sales.
