Program Overview

This level would provide students with a more in-depth understanding of beverage management and mixology. Students would learn about the different types of beverages, the different methods of beverage preparation, and the different types of cocktails. They would also learn about the importance of customer service in the beverage industry.
    Module 1: Introduction to Beverage Management
  • Understand the different aspects of beverage management, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling.
  • Identify the different types of beverages served in the hospitality industry.
  • Analyze the factors that affect the success of a beverage operation.
  • Develop a beverage management plan.
    Module 2: Beverage Inventory Management
  • Understand the importance of beverage inventory management.
  • Identify the different types of beverage inventory systems.
  • Develop methods to control beverage inventory levels.
  • Order and receive beverages efficiently.
