Program Overview

This level provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to appreciate and serve specialty coffees and teas. Students will learn about the different types of coffee and tea, the processing methods used to make them, and the different brewing methods used to prepare them. They will also learn about the history and culture of coffee and tea.
