Program Overview

This level teaches students how to decorate cakes and pastries in a variety of styles. Students will learn about the different types of frostings, fillings, and decorations used in cake decorating, as well as the different techniques for piping, blading, and sculpting. They will also learn about the different types of pastry art, such as sugar work and chocolate work.
