Program Overview

The elective module on labor relations and diversity and inclusion would provide students with a comprehensive understanding of these two important topics in the hospitality industry. Students would learn about the different aspects of labor relations, such as collective bargaining, union organizing, and strikes. They would also learn about the different aspects of diversity and inclusion, such as unconscious bias, harassment, and discrimination.
