Program Overview

The Leadership in Facilities Management certificate is a short face-to-face course that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective leaders in facilities management. Students will learn about the different aspects of leadership, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, performance management, change management, innovation, strategic planning, and execution.
    Module 1: Introduction to Leadership in Facilities Management

  • Identify the different types of leadership styles and their effectiveness in different situations.
