Program Overview

This level would provide students with a more in-depth understanding of the different aspects of budgeting and financial planning that can be used in restaurants, such as the restaurant budgeting process, restaurant financial planning, restaurant capital budgeting, restaurant cash flow forecasting, and restaurant financial ratios. Students would learn how to develop and implement budgets and financial plans that will help their restaurants achieve their goals.
