Program Overview

This level would provide students with a more in-depth understanding of the different aspects of financial reporting and analysis that can be used in restaurants, such as restaurant financial statements, restaurant ratio analysis, restaurant taxes, restaurant auditing, and restaurant fraud prevention. Students would learn how to interpret financial statements, analyze financial performance, and comply with tax laws.
